What I'm Reading This Spring

Books I want to read during this 2021 spring :)

Welcome to the monthly post where I share with you my TBR (to be read) list. I like to plan what I will read during each season, sometimes I decide to read books with the same topic (e.g. books about witches or romance or from the Middle East) other times I will choose randomly. It depends on my mood :)

And Spring arose on the garden fair, Like the Spirit of Love felt everywhere; And each flower and herb on Earth’s dark breast rose from the dreams of its wintry rest.” –Percy B. Shelley

Some people like to anticipate and plan ahead what they want to read, this could be for several reasons:

  • They want to buy the books before hand so they don't have to struggle

  • They like to plan ahead and be organized because they like being that way

  • Or like me, they like it for both reasons

My Spring TBR

Ok, this is why you guys came here and waited:

I know they seem like a lot of books, but remember, spring is 3 months old, so I hope I can read them all by June. I don't have a specific reading order, what I usually do is choose the book that I most crave at the moment.

I'm intrigued, do you have any books in your TBR that you want to share with the group? Do you have any preference or order in how you plan your readings and choose your books?

What other books are you planning to read this spring?

I also have been trying to read Midnight Library for a while but my TBR is way too long and there is not enough time to read the all 😂 The book you read sounds very interesting!! Definitely will be in my TBR 🙌🏻

I've heard good things about the Midnight Library! I keep meaning to get it! My TBR piles are made with the best intentions... I usually make lists based on blogs recommendations and then head to Barnes and Noble! (I need need the physical copy!). However, I have book A.D.D. and will very quickly forget about a book (such as Midnight Library) when something else shiny and fun catches my eye, lol. I just finished an awesome book that we read in book club called "Lucky King" by Bruce Henderson (http://www.brucegriffinhenderson.com/). This book imagines what would happen if fortune cookie fortunes came true. It is going to be a series too that centers around the "Lucky King" a nickname that has…
